About Par & Co.

Par & Co. is a coworking membership service that provides access to workspace at partner golf course clubhouses. These terms govern your use of our website and, when available, our membership services.

Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from Par & Co. regarding our launch, membership availability, and related updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee membership or access to any specific location.

Membership (when available)

When Par & Co. membership becomes available, the following terms will apply:

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable
• Members must comply with the rules and policies of each partner golf course
• Par & Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of partner course policies or these terms
• Visit allocations reset monthly and do not roll over
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Practice Round trial

The Practice Round trial is available to new members only. After the 30-day trial period, your membership automatically rolls into an Eagle membership at $149/mo unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation during the trial period will not result in any additional charges.

Partner golf courses

Par & Co. provides coworking access at partner golf course clubhouses. We are not responsible for the operations, services, or conditions of partner courses. Green fees, food and beverage, and other on-course activities are subject to each course's own pricing and policies.

Acceptable use

When using Par & Co. workspace, members agree to:

• Respect the venue and its existing members and staff
• Maintain reasonable noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the golf course
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual property

All content on parcowork.com — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by Par & Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Par & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or membership services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the month in which the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or membership services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
